Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • All return requests must be made within 48–72 hours of receiving the goods.

  • Products must be returned in original condition, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, perishable items (like grains and pulses once opened) may not be eligible for return unless defective.

  • Once we receive your return request, our team will review it within 2–3 business days.

  • If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.

4. Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you about refund approval.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available only for defective or incorrect items.

  • If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.

6. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, damaged product), return shipping fees will be reimbursed.
